Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. Welcome to our Yorkshire home where you will have sole use of our recently refurbished dog friendly flat. Comfortably sleeps 2. A travel cot or cot bed, and high chair provided on request. Enter through utility room, to neat kitchen with full range of amenities. Spacious lounge, with TV, Sky Q box and Wi-Fi. Well equipped bedroom, with king sized bed. En suite bathroom with large spa bath, and shower. Secure back garden, with heating, BBQ, lighting and seating, shared with main house.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

The ground floor flat, part of our family home in a Victorian end terrace is in a village two miles from Huddersfield. It offers a garden facing living/bedroom, separate kitchen and shower room. Please give a little information about yourself, it helps us know whether we are the right hosts for your stay, minimum 2 nights. We cannot host long term lets. We can accommodate two people who are happy to share a double bed. Our space is not set up for the needs of babies or young children

We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
