Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Relax on the water or on one of the large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing & kayaking. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

Have fun with the whole family at this classically restored home. Pat's Peak is next door (it's 500' up to their driveway and we provide a heavy duty trolly to pull your gear). We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

This is a place to find relaxation and fun. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families, and those who enjoy water sports such as swimming, fishing, paddle boating, kayaking, and rowing in the warmer weather. In the winter there skiing, snow shoeing, and ice fishing nearby. The spring is fishing season. Most of our guest book for a week in the summer. The fall, winter and spring season all have beauty, enchanting experiences.

The Lakes Region Log Cabin

The Lakes Region Log Cabin is located near Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Winnisquam, Gunstock Mountain, Tanger shopping outlets, NH Bank Pavilion and more, for fun in every season! Relax at the house or enjoy one of the many activities in the Lakes Region.
