Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

The Brock House

The Brock House is a 2 bedroom loft apartment perched atop a western wear store in Lockhart's vibrant and historic town square. Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. A peaceful place to come and relax. Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
