Interior is light, modern and with a Scandinavian touch. 5-7 minute walk to Bakoven Beach, and 10-12 min walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, bars & coffee shops. Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. Power outages are being experienced by SA but we have tried to minimalise the effect for our guests - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Kai Cottage

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.
