Take it easy at this cozy waterfront getaway! Bring your boat and keep it in the middle covered slip of the boat dock! Fish on the famous Watts Bar Lake or just enjoy the water with your family! Boat ramp is less than a mile away at Big Springs Access Area. Full kitchen, laundry room & large walk-in shower! The downstairs bedroom has a king bed. The large loft bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds, enough for the whole family or fishing buddies! Includes outdoor shower & grilling area.

The Lake House

Welcome to our Lake House. We have a completely remodeled home on the Hiwasse river. The property is fully fenced and gated for privacy. There is a boat dock available directly on the water with water and electricity. We keep a boat here and occasionally access it for family use off site. We will inform you if we will be using it. The water level is controlled by TVA and varies seasonally, the summer level is 682, water is normally low from late fall to late spring. Ck Tva.gov for levels.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Quiet Creekside Home in the Country

Reconnect with nature while you relax with your whole family at this peaceful Creekside home. This house is located on the Sewee Creek, and a ¼ mile to Chickamauga Lake. Bring your boat, fishing rods, kayaks for fun on the water with a boat ramp located just around the corner. A small dock on property great for fishing or just relaxing. The house has a large yard with a firepit to enjoy evenings outdoors or enjoy the sunset. There is New WIFI TV available please bring your DVD’s.
