Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the small, historic town of McCloud. Booking requires a 3 night minimum. This home has a lot to offer and includes a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, air conditioner and a large backyard that backs up to the forest - don't be surprised if you see some deer while enjoying the yard. Dogs are welcomed ($40 pet fee for each dog 2 dogs max. This pet fee is extra for our cleaning girl. For extra dog hair clean up.Keep in mind possible power outage during winter.

Great location located in the heart of McCloud near shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter and fishing, hiking and boating in the summer! The historic McCloud downtown, where you find unique dining and shopping venues, is within walking distance. You can easily access Mt. Shasta Ski Park for winter sports and McCloud Falls for a summer excursion. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace! Dunsmuir Escape! Downstairs 2 bedroom ICE COLD AC

House fully remodeled in Oct 2020, New designer kitchen, new bathroom, new wood floors throughout the house. No expense spared in the remodel. NOTE: the one bathroom for this unit is INSIDE of one of the bedrooms. Full bath with newly tiled shower, no tub The house is walking distance to everything in Dunsmuir, 2 blocks to the grocery store, 3 blocks to the brewery, a short walk to all the restaurants Dunsmuir has to offer. 20 min to Shasta ski resort, 15 min to downtown Shasta.
