Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

This private studio apt has everything you'll need for your stay, including a private entrance, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with all the appliances you'll need. You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. At Curlew Beag, We have an Irish saying that goes 'An té a bhíonn siúlach, bíonn scéalach', which simply translates to 'he who travels has stories to tell'. If Renvyle makes any promise, it's that you'll leave with plenty of tales to tell.

Juli's House is a self-contained, standalone house overlooking the sea. Surrounded by excellent coastal and hill walking terrain, it is also a 10 minute drive from the Wild Atlantic Way, the town of Westport and the Great Western Greenway. It is a bright, comfortable and contemporary home. The house is set in beautiful semi-wild gardens with views of Croagh Patrick, Ireland's holy mountain. Amble down the lane to the picturesque lake (some hardy souls might brave a quick dip!). Recharge in a superking bed dressed in quality bed linens and revive in the ensuite rainforest shower. The kitchenette has everything needed for simple meal prep, and your private patio is fully furnished for Al fresco dining.

Rushbrook Chalet

This is a small yet bright and airy studio chalet with a large veranda that serves as an extension of the living area allowing for alfresco dining, relaxing down-time overlooking a natural, calming vista or an opportunity for some early morning yoga stretches for those so incline.The setting is tranquil and secluded, approx 7km from Westport town and 2 km from a local shop. Food is supplied for a light continental style breakfast.

Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.
