3 Beds 1 Bath Home in the Heart Of Pryor

Come and stay in this cute 2 bedroom 1 bath house that was all remodeled in 2020. We are 15 minutes from Hudson Lake & 20 minutes from Grand Lake. There are lots of restaurants within 10 mins or use the kitchen with all brand new appliances to cook! The house is within walking distance of historic downtown Pryor. Why book a motel when you can have a whole house? King , Queen, +1 Twin bed. Absolutely no smoking. We do allow pets but kindly let us know if you are bringing them. There is a pet fee.

Two BR, 1 BA cabin is ideal for families or a romantic getaway and the cold, clear water is perfect for cooling off in the summer. Sip a cup of coffee on the front porch while watching for deer and other wildlife that routinely stop by. Grill fresh steaks & burgers from the on-site Black Angus herd (check ahead for pricing). There is wi-fi and a 71-inch smart TV for the not-so outdoorsy.

The cabin is an approx. 2 acre lot. It is not secluded, but does offer more privacy than most cabins, or resorts. Tree Lights out front and outside Bluetooth speakers add the ambience you'll enjoy. It is 312 sq feet. Small kitchen area, but with a wrap around deck with outdoor ceiling fans, and quality grill, you're all set. There is only smart TV operation with DVD player and a collection of movies. When the spillway gates are opened, the rapids fill the air with that terrific sound.

Our 800 square foot Mother-In-Law suite has everything you need to relax like you would in your own home. The suite is on the west end of the main home with it's own entrance and is closed off from the main house for your privacy.

One bedroom with a queen bed. 4 floor twin beds in the 2 lofts. Couch can be made into a full size bed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Mid-America Industrial Park contractors welcome, as well as fishermen looking for a comfortable place to stay. Nearby lakes include Grand Lake (35 miles), Fort Gibson Lake (10 miles), and Lake Hudson (3 miles). Our home offers plenty of free parking and is equipped with an Level 2 EV charger.
