It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Dear Guest We acquired recently this studioand are very enthusiastic and glad to welcome you to enjoy the wonderful place of Zermatt. The flat is located in the heart of the town in a very old house which was completely renovated; you will love the romantic atmospere and the typical alpin design of furniture made from local carpenter. The flat has been renovated in April 2019 with tailor-made furnitures of local old wood, very comfortable bed.

The studio is located in the center - 3 minutes walking distance from the train station and, from the Gornergrat station. It is spacious and bright with a nice relaxing view. Das Studio im Erdgeschoss wurde 2016 neu möbliert. Es liegt ruhig auf der Ostseite des Hauses. Für 1-2 Personen. Mit Kochnische, Dusche/WC, Ostbalkon. Das Haus La Colline liegt am Riedweg. Der Lift zur Sunneggabahn sowie das Ende der Talabfahrt sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bahnhofstrasse liegt in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz, Bahnhof und Kirche in 15 Minuten Gehdistanz.

Chambre 303 Zermatt

La chambre 303 est située sur la Bahnhofstrasse (rue centrale de Zermatt) au 3e étage de la Haus Darioli. Elle est accessible en ascenseur. Le nom de la chambre 303 rappelle l'hôtel familial qui a été fondé et tenu à l'époque par les grands-parents d'Anne-Catherine, Gaston et Annie Darioli-Graven.
