Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot. We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day. Everything you need for a relaxing get away. We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

Bring your tent and camping supplies, sleeping bag, air mattress, etc. There is a large parking area for a camper or vehicle with pull camper. There is a picnic table, lounge chairs plus table and chairs for your use. Walking distance to the zoo, park, shopping center and restaurants.

The camper is in the middle of a working horse farm with views of the horse pastures, petting zoo play area, and western riding arena. Lots of space to bring extra tents as well for more guest. Lots of things to see and do on and off the farm!!!

This is an urban farm surrounding by new houses. The airstream is fully furnished, utilities are included. There are chickens and ducks on the farm, so you are welcome to get fresh eggs daily.
