Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Porter Hill Perch

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Stone Front Retreat- 10 mins to downtown Asheville

A newly built, first floor unit equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. A queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room. Water views galore with trout-stocked Spring Creek and an almost 90 degree curve, called Fowler's Bend. Be prepared for INCREDIBLE VIEWS of the RUSHING WATERS of a 20-30 foot wide creek, with distant views of the only WATERFALL in town. Out the front door, ~7,500 acres of Pisgah NATIONAL FOREST sits just across the road.

First floor suite 900 sq.ft. of a private secluded home situated on 2 acres on an elevated plot near Weaverville. We call it the "Hideaway on Hidden Falls Dr." The suite consists of a separate bedroom with a private bath(shower stall no tub). There is a full TV room with a couch and 2 recliners . There is a separate refreshment room with microwave, toaster, mini fridge/freezer and a Keurig . All are welcome and we are "gay friendly". Please no smoking, children or pets. Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. The apartment is stylishly appointed, with a full kitchen and bathroom and off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to downtown and within walking distance of Beaver Lake. Please be aware there is upstairs foot traffic noise. To minimize the noise, we provide disposable ear plugs, a sound machine and a fan.
