This gorgeous mews cottage is set just off Marlborough high st, set back from the high st in an oasis of calm…..a view of the roof tops and the church spire….. a coffee shop on the corner for morning coffee! The cottage is the first in the terrace, with a garden and outside seating…. FYI there are steep stairs between the 2nd bedroom on the top (third) floor, the other bedroom is on the same floor as the bathroom…the cottage sleeps 4 and has 2 doubles, it is the perfect spot to explore the downs

Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Conkers Self-Contained Annexe near Avebury

Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Avon - Cosy Apartment in the Heart of Ramsbury

Ramsbury is a picturesque Wiltshire village in the beautiful North Wessex Downs. The Avon is a self-contained ground-floor chalet within the grounds of the former Crown and Anchor. It has free parking, a private entrance, private patio and access to the garden. One well-behaved dog is welcome; we simply ask that pets stay off the furniture and bed. A short walk takes you to The Bell pub and restaurant, the Post Office, scenic riverside walks and the renowned Ramsbury Brewery & Distillery.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The house has the benefit of being within The North Wessex Downs AONB with its fantastic open countryside, its footpaths, and ancient forest and yet its within a short walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the historic and thriving market town of Marlborough. The town has a public golf course and an award winning tennis club. Both are close by and bookable. Marlborough also boasts its own independent cinema.
