Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

In Rome’s historic heart, near Piazza Navona and St. Peter’s, this warm, stylish apartment suits couples, families, or remote workers. The airy living room connects to a cozy and spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with counter. You’ll find two peaceful bedrooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms with showers and a bathtub. The small bedroom opens to a double charming terrace—perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine, with dreamy views of Rome’s rooftops and domes.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

Apartment in a 1400s building in Via dei Coronari

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un palazzo storico del 1400, è composto da un ingresso, un salone molto grande con comodo divano letto per due persone ed una comoda poltrona letto per una persona, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, possibilità di aggiungere un lettino per bambini piccoli, un'ampia cucina con caminetto, un bagno con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti hanno soffitti alti a cassettoni in legno e ampie finestre.

Colonna House (Piazza Navona)

It’s an ancient palace of 1500. The door handles are ceramic, they are now unique pieces. The parquet throughout the house is antique oak. The elevator have a rescue system connected to a 24-hour operating facility. Hot water produced by a thermal power station always on. There is a washer/dryer and some household cleaning products. If you need the cleaning service, you may have it for € 50 per day one day a week.
