Rummet har en liten balkong mot gatan, eget badrum med värmegolv, AC för värme och kyla. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag. OBS! då råder parkering förbud från onsdag kväll.

The room features a large wardrobe, a bedside table hand made from almond wood from the family's farm, and in the bathroom surface is made from Cypress wood that blew down during storm Gloria in 2018.
