Double Futon on main level will sleep one more comfortably. 1 mile walk to Kennesaw State University, and a short drive to downtown Kennesaw. Parks, hiking, shopping and great restaurants just minutes away! Two parking spots in front of townhouse and more in the open area. Easy access to I-75/I-575. Braves stadium is only 26 miles away. Atlanta Airport is 35 miles away. Ruby Falls 94 miles north.

Northcutt, Fully Renovated Historic Marietta Home

Enjoy your stay in a quaint, Historic Marietta home, three minute walk to the Marietta Square, antique shops, museums, parks, and turn of the century architecture, while making no sacrifice of modern day luxury. The home features 3 HD flat screen TVs, Netflix, and Hulu, YouTube TV subscriptions. Pack light if you wish, washer and dryer are provided! Feel free to bring your family pet along, surely they too can appreciate the fenced-in backyard!

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
