Located just steps away from the stunning Jersey Shore, our rental offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, fun, and convenience. The best of both the beach and the bay. It isn't just near the water- it's built out over the bay! When you want sand and waves, the beach is only a short walk! Also walkable to restaurants, ice cream, CVS, coffee and liquor stores! Enjoy the calm waters of the bay with our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards- or without. Take in the incredible sunsets from our southwest-facing deck. The world famous boardwalk runs along the ocean thru Atlantic City and Ventnor- bike, walk, run, people watch.

Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

Our 4 bedroom/ 1.5 bath home has all the comforts of home including all linens and beach accessories. An EV charger is available and we are dog-friendly! It's the perfect option for large families vacationing together. There's plenty of room to enjoy time together...and get some time apart;)
