Private secluded treehouse retreat

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

Deep carpets, shower, soft white towels, extra wide beds in one bedroom, fresh 100% cotton percale sheets, a fully equipped kitchen and continental breakfast provided, all make it a special home. A travel cot with linen, high chair and baby bath are freely available. Smart TV and WiFi also.

Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.
