This mid century home is located on a beautiful hill top acre featuring amazing Oro Valley city views that stretch across the valley- 45 miles to a distant view of Picacho peak. On the other side are stellar views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains, so close, you'll feel as if you can touch them. Walk or drive just 3 minutes through the neighborhood to the Pima Canyon trail head. Shopping and restaurants are just below. The pool is not currently heated but the jacuzzi is hot and ready!

Our home heats and cools quickly and quietly.

Our sustainable, solar powered home was designed for both short and long term stays: --fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: crockpot, rice cooker, toaster, etc. --fast internet, two work desks, fully adjustable $400 chair, and an extra monitor. --fenced, lockable yard for pets and bikes P Please note: the living room and kitchen are currently warmer than the rest of the house. We will have this improved in early October, but for now the house is discounted to reflect this.
