Fabulous architecturally designed home available for families, couples and even furry friends. Less than 200 metres walk down to picturesque Dummy Bay with its beautiful golden sands; approximately 700 metres to Little Kaiteriteri beach; and approximately 1.4 km to the main Kaiteriteri beach. Wonderful views and pet friendly.

Outdoor hot/cold shower. The 5th bedroom is a kids heaven, own flat screen tv with Netflix. Easy drive on drive off parking.
