Guests will have the whole front unit with private front entry, private gated back courtyard with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with an A/C wall unit, and 1 reserved parking space. The bedrooms only have fan installed, but we have one portable A/C unit as a back-up or required for one of the bedroom.
