Scenically situated on the grounds of the Discovery Center in a stand of pines overlooking Statehouse Lake, this beautiful home is the perfect Northwoods getaway! Just a short walk out the front door, you'll find a private dock that gives you access to Statehouse Lake, kayaks and canoes available for you to use, and easy walking access to Rest Lake. Explore the Discovery Center's 12-mile trail system or go fishing. Access to the snowmobile trail is available via the Discovery Center driveway.

We are located on Middle Gresham Lake, this is a semi private lake, very quite lake with no public access. The fishing is great. Includes use of a row boat, canoe and two kayaks, boat motor available-extra charge. Rustic cabin feel with pristine views, a fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Private setting in the woods close to Phelps. Great for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing, and snow shoeing or just hanging out with friends and family. A full bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size bunk beds sleeps 8. Pets welcome, especially hunting dogs. A circle driveway that accommodates 2 or more boat or snowmobile trailers. We even had a trucker with a 53 foot trailer park here.

The Whitley house is furnished with all the essentials plus some and if you have a special request or need we do everything we can to try to accommodate you. 10 mins from Lake Gogebic County Park and many other fishing spots. A short drive to the Porcupine Mountains and directly off the ATV/snowmobile trail that runs through Marenisco.
