Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

It is entirely self-contained (double bed, kitchen area and shower/toilet, all connected to the mains supply) with its own entrance from the country lane, its own garden and surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside and wildlife. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

Modern luxury meets breathtaking charm. Situated in the grounds of our property on Bringsty Common, the detached annex nicknamed “Holly Barn” is separated from our cottage by a shared parking area. Located on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. The idyllic market town of Bromyard is a 5 minute drive, with its old world charm and selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features. The property provides a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms can be made up into a superking room - please request this on booking.
