The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The city center of Bratislava is app. 15min by bus or car.

We offer a newly renovated apartment located in the Old town, in a building from 1912 with high ceilings and exposed brick wall, located only 600 m from the Presidential Palace, which is an ideal starting point for exploring Bratislava, 500 m from the main Train station. Easy access around the city from nearby public transport stations. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and basic cookware. Foldout queen size bed. Folding sofa (unfolded comfortably accommodates one person). Bathroom with a bathtub. Linen and towels provided.

Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
