We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous.

Check the sea from the balcony, you might want to get into your swimsuit. When you get back enjoy cup of coffee on a 44th floor balcony. The apartment is located in the very heart of Batumi, surrounded with wide variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and nightclubs. All necessary amenities are provided and host will assist you if you need.
