The Barn at Rose Lodge is a compact accommodation, a short distance from Magherafelt town centre. Guests are welcome to use the spacious garden at Rose Lodge. Magherafelt has some of the best sporting facilities on the Island of Ireland, including a 50 metre pool, large indoor arena, running track and 4G pitch. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

We are within an hours drive of Derry and Belfast and also the famous Antrim coastline and Sperrin mountains with the added benefit of being close to some fantastic local attractions to include Seamus Heaney Homeplace, golf, fishing, walks and outdoor water parks. A great place to base your holiday or for that special gettogether or to simply unwind surrounded by nature.

Bedroom Two: 2 double beds, a very spacious and bright room with 2 windows overlooking the garden. Kitchen is traditional and has all mod cons and dining space for 6 people. Bathroom is at the rear of the cottage and has an electric shower over the bath. Outdoor garden and parking space is at the front of the house.

The apartment is a 30 minute drive from the stunning North Coast attractions and a 45 minute drive from Belfast. The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.
