It is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Only 90 min drive from D.C. Unplug!

Enjoy our secluded 1850s solid brick farmhouse. Completely renovated with modern conveniences, including central AC & super fast, Starlink internet. 5 miles from Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns. A short walk to Lake Arrowhead. We also own the downtown cafe, Broad Porch Coffee, so are local and can help if you ever need anything. We are family friendly and love dogs, no pet fee. Breccia cabin is named after a large rock outcropping just outside the kitchen window where Native Americans once harvested stones for tools. This impressive location is at the very top Shenandoah Woods and provides a stunning view of the valley below. Breccia Cabin is ideal for a romantic couple's getaway. The great room features a vaulted, open beam ceiling with fantastic natural light, stone fireplace with gas logs, Smart TV with DirecTV, and a full, eat-in kitchen. Pets not allowed.

Cozy Madison Home

Welcome to Magdeline Cottage located in the heart of Madison County. The cozy cottage was recently renovated in 2022 and is located within White Oak Lake and sits 10 minutes from the Town of Madison. The property is a short drive to hiking trails near Shenandoah National Park. The property is less than 10 minutes from Bald Top Brewery, Early Mountain, and Renback Barn! The property features a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a large living room for gathering. This is not a party house!

Enjoy the solace and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with modern and local comforts. Retreat and explore on this old 100acre farm- via foot- or float on the tiny pond in a kayak or SUP. Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Serenity Lakeview Cottage

Renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.

Perfect little spot for a romantic weekend getaway, or just an escape from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. The Barn is located 10 miles or less from beautiful hiking trails, great trout fishing, wonderful wineries, and excellent dining. Because of our location phone service is spotty, but we provide a signal booster for your phone and the Barn's "jet pack" mifi. So come on out unwind, unplug, and soak up all this area has to offer.

HB1 at Spring Haven Farm

This is a horsebarn converted into a duplex, hence the name, HB1. It has all the comforts of home including private entrance and a full equipped kitchen. It might be a bit cozy if you use the air mattress, but it can easily fit in the foyer or the living room. Children under 12 years of age stay free. We like to provide interesting objects both inside and outside the dwelling; anything from a camo shower curtain to shadow box decor.
