TV in the living and master bedroom. Wonderful locally owned Restaurants to pick from. It's a quiet neighborhood with the best neighbors! Sorry, but absolutely no pets or no smoking in the home!

We do not allow parties. The price quote is for four guests. Cost per extra guest is $30 per person per night. Fees for early/late, check-in/out are payable on arrival/departure. We allow one pet 50 lbs or less. Other things to note: The cottages are next door to Shuckers Oyster Restaurant/Bar featuring live music Wednesday through Sunday.
