Na aldeia pode caminhar por Levadas ou pelos 2 trilhos até ao mar (Jardim do Mar ou Paul do Mar. De carro, em 10’, tem a praia da Calheta, Jardim do Mar ou Paul do Mar. A 30’ o Paul da Serra, o Fanal onde pode deslumbrar se com a paisagem a flora, e os percursos pedestres.

O estúdio tem cozinha e wc privados e um pequeno alpendre onde poderá descansar e jantar ao ar livre à luz das velas . A casa possui um jardim florido, uma pequena horta que são tratados sem agro-tóxicos e segundo alguns princípios da permacultura. Está localizado em Santo António Funchal, próximo de um grande centro comercial. Sistema de internet melhorado recentemente. Não possuímos sistema de aquecimento no quarto. Os espaços exteriores são partilhados.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Santana, close to restaurants and a bakery. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). If you require the second room an extra charge of 25€ per night. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

With approximately 100 square meters this ample space allows you to enjoy sea and mountain views.
