O estúdio tem cozinha e wc privados e um pequeno alpendre onde poderá descansar e jantar ao ar livre à luz das velas . A casa possui um jardim florido, uma pequena horta que são tratados sem agro-tóxicos e segundo alguns princípios da permacultura. Está localizado em Santo António Funchal, próximo de um grande centro comercial. Sistema de internet melhorado recentemente. Não possuímos sistema de aquecimento no quarto. Os espaços exteriores são partilhados.

Résidencia Jesus - Loft Apartment

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Santana, close to restaurants and a bakery. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). If you require the second room an extra charge of 25€ per night. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

This cozy and minimalistic space is part of Dany’s house but it has an independent entrance to give all the privacy expected. With approximately 100 square meters this ample space allows you to enjoy sea and mountain views.

''Atelier'' is a double bed studio fully equiped and carefully designed by the owner with a superb Funchal sea view. Located in a area very close by foot to the old town and downtown. We also have cars for our clients to rent or transfer from and to the airport, if you are interested ask for details.
