Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx

Promising to be a peaceful haven, You can visit all the lovely places the Fylde coast offers – Lytham, St Annes on Sea, and Blackpool. Lytham is packed with plenty of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. There is plenty to do for the family along Granny’s Bay and St Annes promenade.
