Pets are allowed with owner approval and a pet deposit.

This house is located within 5 minutes of Lake Barkley and accessible from I-69 or I-24 both being only 5 minutes from the house. We welcome travelers, fishermen, and hunters to stop by our house in a very quiet neighborhood situated only minutes from boating, fishing, hunting and swimming areas.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.
