Please note, if you're planning for a longer stay, depending on the season, we might ask you for limited access to the house, respecting your privacy of course. Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Cosy two-storey appartment (90 sqm) in high-end area close to DTU. All is small: entrance, kitchen with dining area, livingroom: open for sun-bathing. Common balcony outside of kitchen. Safe environment. Beautiful forrests surround Søllerød. Basic shopping within the area. Close to public transportation. Can be shared by a family or by 3-4 people (sharing a Queen size bed😊) Please notice! My cat stays in the appartment. He has his own entrance, but must be fed every day😊

The house has a kitching-dining area with a view over the garden, a living room and three bedrooms. The garden includes a terrace with a nice lounge area and a dinning area. In the basement there is a fitness room, table tennis football table. The house is situated in the heart of Northern Sealand close to beautiful lakes and forests and at the same time only 10 minutes by car from Copenhagen. Also, it only takes 20 minutes by public transportation to go to Copenhagen.

Airport os one hour away with public transport.
