Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. This modern, single family home has been remodeled and stocked to give you all the comforts of home including brand new beds ( replaced fall 2024) a grill and fire pit! The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. We are Pet Friendly and there is extra parking next to the driveway.

You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
