Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Stay at a one-of-a-kind house located 5 minutes from Mohegan Sun and several other attractions close by. Our house is conveniently located close to Foxwoods, Mystic, vineyards, Navel Submarine Base, Ct College, USCG Academy and several beaches. Enjoy our game room where you can play arcade games, pool, foosball, giant connect 4, hooky, board games and sing karaoke all under a light up cloud ceiling. Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!
