This recently modernised fisherman's townhouse is located in the heart of Praia da Luz - a beautiful beachside village in the western Algarve. The house is equipped with fast WIFI, smart TV with Netflix, AC in the master bedroom and a pellet stove. This compact three bedroom, two bathroom, one story townhouse is very conveniently located in the village centre. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are all within 3 minute's walk away. There is a plant filled private outside terrace.

A casa é confortável e tem tudo o que precisa para passar umas boas férias ao pé da praia. Localizado entre a igreja e a praia, existe estacionamento fácil à porta. A varanda apanha muito sol durante o dia e ao final do dia é um sítio muito relaxante para sentar e ver o pôr do sol na famosa Rocha Negra da Praia da Luz.
