This home has 2500 ft.² and comes with hot tub and pool table, across from lighted park that has walk/bike paths and playa lake (no boats). Fishing is permitted. The house has central air and heat throughout and has three full bathrooms. Tiki candles are set in the backyard and can be lit for short periods of time. Easy walking distance to IHOP, Applebee’s, Walmart and other locations.
