This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi. A half mile from I-70, which takes you to the mountains (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, etc.). Less than a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Downtown Denver, Coors Field, Broncos stadium & Union Station.
