Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
