Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment on two floors, topped by the spectacular roof terrace for private sunbathing. Please note check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. On the first floor: WC, kitchen opened on the dining and living room, fireplace, big terrace opened on a beautiful garden with country views. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms (one with a TV) with balconies and a bathroom. We provide WIFI, air conditionings and heaters.

The house is located in the historic part of town, Mouraria, reserved to the Moors when Christians took the town in 1249. Lovingly restored to preserve the caché of the traditional housing it is fully equipped and provides all modern comfort. Set in a quiet street, it is only steps away from the famous market hall and the busy center of Loulé where you can stroll at leisure in the pedestrian streets with their cafés, bars and restarurants.
