He replied “With all of the traveling I do + all of the miles I put in, it just makes the upkeep of a permanent residence near impossible, plus it’s time that I stop ignoring the fact the I’ve outgrown the toilet space here. This unique, mid-century modern style, one bedroom loft is located at Georgetown Vineyards & Tavern, Cambridge, Ohio. Queen bed, full bath, kitchen, and living room. Featuring our restaurant just below with a full food & drink menu and a large patio & deck! Loft guests also have exclusive access to their own private patio area. We are located just 2 miles from the I-70/I-77 Interchange. Loft has its own thermostat. There is a futon in the living room.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
