The dining table seats 10, with an outdoor living room, grill, & gas firepit. Each spacious bedroom offers plush bedding & ceiling fans.

The Cozy Cottage is an updated seasonal home located on a quiet dead-end street. Sit on the porch or in the yard and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. An easy short walk to restaurants, the Long Sands General Store, ice cream and more on Long Beach Ave. A ten minute walk to downtown York Beach which is full of shops, restaurants, brewery, arcade and a zoo. The Surf Chalet is a one of a kind vacation experience on the coast of Maine. Ideally located between Long Sands, Short Sands and the Nubble Lighthouse. Only a 0.2 mile walk to Long Sands Beach, 0.4 mile walk to Short Sands/shopping. The Surf Chalet sleeps 6. King sized bed, 2 Twin beds and queen bed. 1.5 bath with an open living/dining area.
