The location is very central (5 min walk to Hoxton Station, 8 min to Shorerditch High St station and 12 min walk to Liverpool St station and Old St Station) The flat (1st floor) is quiet as its facing a quiet road. There is a supermarket just underneath and there are many bars, restaurants, pubs cafes. There is a bus (55) just outside taking you directly to Oxford st 24h. Family friendly with baby cot, mattress, high chair

Spacious apartment in Spitalfields with an excellent view. Large double room, kitchen/dining room and laundry facilities. The listing is for 2 people, but up to 4 people can be accommodated (with an extra sofa and folding bed) on request. Secure, safe, quiet environment I have access to and use one of the rooms as an office during the day intermittently (between 10.30am to 6pm if so and I don't access the rest of the flat). Please do not book the flat if you are not comfortable with this.

We have established 6 wildlife zones, planted over 30000 wildflower bulbs and 1km of new hedgerow. All on the doorstep 🌳 (We are working to obtain a special nature conservation status!) All comforts and appliances of home. Morning sunshine in the kitchen and living room, and afternoon sun filling the bedroom . Lots of plants and lovely things.
