Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

There are local amenities including a mini supermarket and a handful of restaurants right at the end of the road. Only a 10 min uber ride to Lakeside shopping center, where you will you can shop or enjoy restaurants, bars, and a large number of activities. Including Puttshack, Boom Battle Bar, Axe Throwing, Darts, Beer Pong, Shuffleboard and more.

Cosy Rural Retreat with Log Burner

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Boasting a private garden entrance, this apartment comes with 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. The fireplace is a top feature of this apartment. Guests can make meals in the kitchen that features a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven and a microwave. This apartment has a washing machine, flat-screen TV with streaming services, garden views, as well as chocolate for guests.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Farmers cottage

Our eco friendly cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.
