The home is privately positioned at the end of a shared driveway in Tanah Merah. There is parking in an adjacent car port with flat ramp access onto the verandah.  The accommodation is at the top of a half acre property and the land slopes down to our house which is on the bottom half of the block. Behind us is Murrays reserve bushland.  Home to a variety of birdlife and some local wallabies. The front verandah catches nice afternoon breezes. Lounge, TV room and main bedroom are air-conditioned

We are also a short walk away from a national forest with many trails to walk or bike and not to mention the Daisy Hill Koala Sanctuary. Shailer Park is a very family friendly and safe neighbourhood which we enjoyed living in.

Within walking distance to Mount warren sports stadium and to train station which travels to Gold Coast/Brisbane.
