Heerlijk huis aan het water

In juli & augustus per week! Ons unieke huis staat op een landtong met aan 2 kanten water. Centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht. In de omgeving zijn jachthavens en recreatiewoningen. Vanaf de weg loop je naar het pontje, waarmee je zelf naar het huisje vaart. Het huis is alleen per vlot/boot bereikbaar. Het huis heeft een tuin, houten steigers en zitjes. Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien: er is vloerverwarming, airco en Wifi. Boven zijn 2 slaapkamers, 2e toilet en badkamer.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Met het openbaar vervoer voor de deur bent u rechtstreeks in 20 min. bij de Arena / Ziggodome en in 40 min. naar Amsterdam of Utrecht centrum. Schiphol is met het openbaar vervoer 45 min., 20 min. met de auto. Voor de deur ligt de rivier de Angstel en de Vinkeveense plassen.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
