The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

The Little Barn, Topcroft, Artist’s home

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Bonneys Barn Retreat - Luxury homely getaway

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

Low Beam Lodge Pets Welcome Self Contained Lodge

A pretty detached single storey holiday lodge, with a private garden. The lodge is cosy, self-contained and tastefully furnished. Adjacent to our property Meadow Cottage, situated right in the heart of Loddon, a small market town on the river Chet. Dogs welcome. Please note we have some low beams in the property and parking is in the Loddon Staith car park at a rate of £3 per day, free after 6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The Coach House at Stubbs Barn

This comfortable cottage offers rural peace and tranquility. The cottage has two bedrooms, a sunny and spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Set in seven acres of paddocks and gardens, relax and enjoy the surroundings and local wildlife. With easy access to the Broads, the Suffolk Coast and Norwich, within walking distance of the village of Loddon, which has pubs, restaurants and shops.

Wainford Mill House

Wainford Mill House is a spacious riverside property opening directly onto the River Waveney. Step from the back door to a private footbridge, boat access and around an acre of riverside gardens with woodland, a wood-fired pizza oven and excellent wild swimming. Light, airy rooms suit large groups, with a mix of en-suites and family bathrooms. Full of character and well-behaved pets are welcome.
