Wake up to the dawn chorus. The Cottage is very private, set a short (5 minute) walk from owners house. Property is on a hill situated in 70 acres with Protea Plantings, Native Bush and lots of tracks to explore. Hosts happy to drive guests up to cottage if their vehicles are not suitable. Off Grid.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

This two bedroom villa located in the beautiful valley of Little River is the perfect getaway with friends or family, 40 minutes from Christchurch in the heart of Banks Peninsula. This lovely character home has two double rooms, one king, one queen, and has the option of a sleepout which can host up to six more people on a combination of bunks and a pull out couch. The sun soaked deck boasts a hot tub, and the barn has been remodeled in to the coolest private bar you have ever seen.

There is also a small covered deck and courtyard area where you can enjoy the beautiful birdsong and hill views.
