Relax in the conservatory positioned under native trees home to many birds such as Tuis and native wood pidgeons. It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

With covered parking this self contained studio with a private sunny deck with barbaque and a gate to keep little ones in has a full kitchen with all the necessities you may need for your stay. With an integrated dishwasher and washing machine and separate bathroom the Studio is set apart from the main house. Enjoy the gardens and BBQ area or walk the 2 minutes to Little Manly beach and near to shops and transport

Upstairs house/apartment = Beach Front Escape

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

very modern studio in 14year old luxury House .fully self contained.Has parking for one car ,no visitor parking ,not wheelchair friendly, washing machine electric hob, dishwasher microwave ,frig freezer all crockery cutlery provided tea coffee milk cereals TVs free internet BBQ and tools private access with security lighting. No smoking anywhere on premises. Outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger.

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

Please note that this apartment is self-catering and that the 3 person spa takes a while to warm up, so remember to switch it on in time if you want to use it.
