With town squares, bike trails, parks and plenty of restaurants nearby, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Combine that with a fenced in back yard, large back porch with a grill and hot tub, the whole family will be happy.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!
