Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

"Buoy Wonder" is what we call this premium suite oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a California king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

Blue Door Retreat is a stylish, family-friendly getaway with room to relax and play. The home features 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 3 full bathrooms, and a fun game room with ping pong, foosball, and Ms. Pac-Man. Unwind in the upper-deck hot tub, grill on the gas BBQ, or gather around the fire pit. Enjoy movie nights with a 77” OLED TV w/ surround sound and an additional 65” OLED TV. Dog-friendly (dogs only). Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock closed! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.
