Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

We are happy to share with you our coastal, colonial home set on eight acres along the Kennebunk River. Enjoy our quaint, warm home just 5 min to the beach and 3 minutes to Cape Arundel Golf Club. Our 4 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom suits short or long term stays. The location is ideal: 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth! We hope to make you feel at home with the morning birds chirping and the calmness of the river just in back of the property.

Limerick has zero commercial bustle, though coastal dining and shopping in Portland and Kennebunkport are just 45 minutes away.

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.
